89ok Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

1. Eligibility

By accessing and using the 89ok platform, you represent and warrant that all of the following eligibility criteria are met at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.

• 1.1You are at least 21 years of age. 89ok operates an adult-only platform and does not permit access to any person under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• 1.2You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only. Access by agents, corporate entities, or automated systems acting on behalf of others is strictly prohibited.
• 1.3You have not previously had an account on 89ok suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms or any other violation of platform rules.
• 1.4You will use the platform solely for lawful recreational purposes. 89ok reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any player at any time by requesting supporting documentation.

2. Account Registration

All players must complete the 89ok registration process in full before accessing real-money games or placing bets. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information updated throughout the lifetime of your account.

• 2.1Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 89ok. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed with balances forfeited.
• 2.2You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your mobile number and password. • 2.589ok may close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, abuse of promotional offers, provision of false information, or breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, the reason for closure will be communicated to the account holder.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

89ok supports a range of Bangladesh-local payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions are processed through encrypted, secure payment gateways. Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment accounts they use belong to them and are registered in their own name.

• 3.1Minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 89ok account balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation.
• 3.2Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are reviewed and processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• 3.3Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that belongs to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 89ok may request documentation confirming ownership of the withdrawal destination before processing any payout.
• 3.489ok reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in cases where fraudulent activity is suspected, KYC verification is pending, or a responsible gaming limit has been triggered. In such cases, 89ok will notify the account holder of the reason for the delay.
• 3.589ok does not charge internal fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, mobile wallet providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or banks may apply their own transaction fees independently. 89ok has no control over, and bears no responsibility for, fees charged by third-party payment providers.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

89ok offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and periodic promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• 4.1All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before the bonus amount or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the individual offer's terms.

5. Fair Gaming and Conduct

89ok is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct rules apply to all users of the platform at all times. Violation of any of these rules may result in account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of balances.

• 5.1Players must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the 89ok platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage over other players or that circumvents normal gameplay mechanics.

• 6.1Deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion tools are available to all registered players via their account settings. • 8.3Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 89ok's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

89ok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 89ok will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where practicable, 89ok will endeavour to provide advance notice of significant changes via account notification or email to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the 89ok platform after any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
